Name: Provide your first and last name as you would like it to appear on any printouts of the sales reports from the service. Your name will also appear on your score card.
EMAIL: Use whatever work day email address is most useful to receive notifications from SalesPitch. These notificartions include
* Follow-up reminders that can be used in addition to the cell phone call reminder
* Service changes and notifications
* Password reset option
CELLPHONE: Register with your 10 digit cellphone number. Your cellphone number is your Log-in ID. It is imagined that SalesPitch will appeal to individuals that have cellphones handy after making their initial sale's visit. A direct landline also works well.
* A central company number with phone extension does NOT easily deliver this service.
* Caller-ID (CID) on the phone must be enabled. And CID is gernerally enabled.
* Whenever service subscribers access SalesPitch from other cellphones, non CID phones, office phones or web browsers, the service will prompt the user for their 10 digit cellphone log-in id and password.
CARRIER: Choose your wireless provider from the drop down menu. Prompt delivery of your SMS notifications requires SalesPitch know your carrier provider. If you switch providers, then let info[at]salespitch.mobio know so we can update our records and provide continued SMS service support.
PASSWORD: Use alpha numeric (A-Z,a-z,0-9) characters for your password. There is a maximum of 8 characters. Keep in mind that you may need to key in these characters from the limitations of a phone key pad.

CREATE ACCOUNT and Subscribe via PAYPAL: SalesPitch.mobi is a subscription service that requires monthly service payment. The first 100 subscribers get the SalesPitch.mobi for only US$4.99 per month for one year. Afterwards the price will be adjusted to a fair market monthly fee. SalePitch.mobi uses PayPal to collect the monthly fee. Cutlass Inc. is the parent company of SalesPitch, and until further notice the payee 'Cutlass' will appear on the subscriber's monthly bill.
INITIAL TELEPHONE REPORT
SALE CYCLE: In the SalePitch enabled sale cycle there are four noteworthy features: the initial sales call, the follow-up call(s), the final report, and the archive of the entire sale's cycle.
INITIAL TELEPHONE REPORT: The initial telephone call to the SalesPitch server should take place shortly after you have met with the prospect. The purpose of the initial call is make a brief record of the most important points of this first sales's meeting. SalesPitch is an efficient CRM reminder service for sales people. (Other service individuals should hack SalesPitch to meet their needs.) The SalesPitch server will prompt you for the name of your prospect, company name, direct telephone number of your prospect, your goal of the meeting, and a short summary of the meeting. You have a maximum of 40 seconds to leave this initial report on our server.
TRANSCRIBE: This is crucial to take best advantage of the SalesPitch. Log-in at www.SalesPitch.mobi/sp.php and notice on the first heading 'SALES CYCLES in progress.' There you see the most recent phone calls to the server that have a date and time stamp but no name or company. Click the link to take you to the transcription page. At the top is a link to the audio of your recent INITIAL TELEPHONE REPORT. Click the audio and the file should open in another browser window so that you will be able to tarnscribe the neccessary details of the initial sale's meeting. This is where you give SalesPitch the prospect name, company and telephone number to deliver your follow up reminders. If you choose NOT to transcribe SalePitch still works for you, but it will be unable to AUTOMATICALL DIAL YOUR FOLLOW UP call. SalesPitch uses a text-to-speech syntehsizer to deliver your reminder name and company to call. SalesPitch uses code to enable the service to automaitacally telephone and connect you to the prospect when you receive a follow up notification.
GOAL and INITIAL REPORT: When you listen to your initial sales report, you have the chance to further distill and focus on the summary of your sales call. Use the field GOAL and INITIAL REPORT to record those refinements. In the follow-up(s), the SalesPitch will use a text-to-speech syntehsizer to remind you of the immediate purpose of your follow-up. If you do NOT transcribe into those fields, SalesPitch will continue to serve you by repeating back to your initial sales report to the service. SalesPitch will serve you more efficiently when you transcribe the GOAL and INITAIL REPORT fields.
Date of initial meeting: The SalesPitch server automatically assigns a date and time stamp to your INITIAL TELEPHONE REPORT. Use this field if you want to adjust the date to another date.
Set follow-up call: The SalesPitch server automatically assigns a default date and time to send you a follow up reminder by telepone call, mobile text message, and/or email. You control the date and time of the follow up reminder as your need requires. Use your 'Settings' page at http://www.salespitch.mobi/settings.php to adjust your default date and time for follow-up reminders. When you signup to the SalesPitch service the default reminder time is set to 7 days after the date of your initial meeting at 10 AM in the local time of your morning. If you are traveling, on the settings page you can adjust your local time zone to meet your follow-up call needs.
Score: This your personal sale's batting average. The number you read here is based on you past performance. For more details read the scoring section to follow.
Order No.: This field is added for your convenience to assocaite an order number with this sale cycle. As you may not have an order now, you willbe able to add a number later in the sale cycle.
Referral First Name / Last Name: It is in all the books, leverage one sale cycle into another sale cycle by getting a referral from your prospect. Enter those details anytime here. Your sales score will improve if you get a referral.
Referral Telephone / Email: Enter details needed to make proposed referral above. Your sales score will improve if you get a referral.
Final: Check this box if this initial call is the final call. If you have made a successful sale, do NOT check this box until after you make a follow up call to your prospect , now customer, to be sure you have client satisfaction. In the follow up process you will have the chance to finalize the sale cycle. Checking the 'Final' box later will increase yous score.

FINAL REPORT
Anytime after sale's cycle is started by INITIAL TELEPHONE REPORT or Alternative: INITIAL REPORT by WWW, the sale's person can finalize the process by choosing to make a final report.

If you choose to finalize the sale's cycle while making a Follow UP report either on the phone or while transcribing a follow up report on the web, then check the Final [X] box at the bottom of the page.
If you choose to finalize the sale's cycle at the end of the initlal report check the Final [X] box at the bottom of the page.
Logically, your final follow up report is the final report.
To achieve a higher score, remember to fill out al the form fiels assoicated with the extra items: Order No., ReferalFirst Name and Last Name, Telephone
and Email.
SCORING
A scoring system was developed to allow the sales representative to compare his or her performance to other SalesPitch.mobi subscribers. The scoring is siimilar to baseball batting average and a score of 1.000 is an impossible 100% score. A score of .500 is terrific and for Sales Pitch this means your are completing all sales cycles with follow up calls. While placing a few orders will increase the score, completing all follow up calls receies the greatest weight.
